Raven Rock Ramble 2012


Registration Information

Registration is now open!  Here are important things you need to know:

  1. All participants must pre-register; there will be no day-of-event registration.
  2. Registration will be limited to the first 550 riders (so that we won't exceed the capacity of the park, and so as to ensure the quality of the event).  Register early!  Based on prior rides, registration will likely fill by mid March.
  3. Registration cost is still just $35.  I like to think that with what all the ride has to offer (see Why Ride?), this is a good value.  I hope you'll consider adding an additional, tax-deductible donation, as your circumstances allow.  
  4. The registration fee includes the ever-popular Raven Rock Ramble tee shirt, printed on a Zorrel quick-dry tee (there is no additional cost for the quick-dry shirt this year). 
  5. You may register in either of two ways: 
    1. the registration form and pay by check (following the instructions, below)
    2. Active.com and pay by credit card (an additional ~$3.00 fee will be added) 

Registration with payment by check

  1. Register via the on-line form (see button, above).
  2. After you click the 'Submit' button on the registration form you'll see a confirmation page.  Print this page, sign the waiver, and mail it along with your registration payment.  (If you have problems, see the notes, below)  
  3. You will receive an automatic email notification immediately when your registration data is received. 
  4. I will send email confirmation when I receive your check.  You will not be registered until your payment is received.

  6. You will receive a statement in January for the tax-deductible portion of your registration fee.

Notes:

  1. If for some reason the the on-line form fails, you may print this paper registration form and mail it with your check.
  2. If you receive the email notification that your registration data was received, but you did not see or were unable to print the confirmation page, then you should print and sign the waiver form and mail it with your check.
