Sponsor Information

Yes, I want and welcome your help, either as a corporate or private sponsor. What I describe here are the benefits you'll receive in return.

Corporate sponsors

For a minimum of $1000 ($500 for a small business) corporate sponsors may:

  1. have your logo placed on the back of the event t-shirt 
  2. have your business featured on the Sponsors page of the event web site, in the table format shown below, which includes an interactive map and driving directions to your location
  3. insert promotional information in the event package (brochure, coupons, etc.)
  4. post a banner or sign at the event registration area
  5. receive a receipt for tax purposes

Notes: 

  1. Registration will be limited to 650 riders so as to not outstrip the capacity of the park
  2. Sponsorship rates raise each year, but you'll be "locked-in" at the rate of your first sponsorship

Private sponsors

For a minimum of $50 private sponsors may:

  1. receive an event t-shirt in your size (if desired)
  2. receive a receipt for their donation for tax purposes (donations are tax-deductible)
  3. have their name listed as a private donor on the Sponsors page (if desired)
  4. receive a receipt for tax purposes
